2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including their colors, dimensions, materials, features, and appearance.

Actual colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to:

Product measurements are approximate unless otherwise expressly stated.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from FELIVO.

An order is not considered fully accepted until it has been successfully processed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Pricing or product information is incorrect

  • Payment cannot be verified

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

  • Delivery information is incomplete or invalid

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after submission.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact FELIVO Customer Care as soon as possible.

If an order has already entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Applicable taxes and other charges, where required, may be calculated at checkout.

You agree to provide valid and accurate billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or otherwise suspicious.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Most FELIVO orders are normally delivered within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances including:

  • Severe weather

  • High order volumes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Fulfillment delays

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Complimentary shipping is offered where stated on our website.

Some orders may arrive in more than one shipment.

FELIVO is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will assist where reasonably possible if an order experiences a significant delivery issue.

7. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

FELIVO is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

For larger furniture items, customers are responsible for confirming that the product dimensions are suitable for the intended space and can pass through relevant:

  • Doorways

  • Hallways

  • Staircases

  • Elevators

  • Entrances

Please review all available product dimensions before ordering.

8. Returns and Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, an item must generally be:

  • Unused

  • Unassembled where applicable

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

Because furniture can be large and costly to transport, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return requests must be reviewed and approved before an item is sent back.

Please do not return any product without first contacting FELIVO Customer Care.

Once an approved return has been received and reviewed, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

You should inspect your order shortly after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact FELIVO Customer Care as soon as possible.

We may request:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs or video

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Other information reasonably necessary to review the issue

Please retain the product and its original packaging while the matter is being reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include:

  • Replacement parts

  • Replacement of the item

  • A refund

  • Another appropriate resolution

10. Exchanges

FELIVO does not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, color, size, or variation, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and place a separate order where appropriate.

11. Fraud and Unauthorized Transactions

FELIVO takes fraud and payment security seriously.

We may review, hold, refuse, or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Unauthorized payment use

  • Identity misuse

  • Payment abuse

  • False information

  • Repeated abusive claims

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Submitting knowingly false information in connection with a payment dispute or chargeback may constitute fraud.

We reserve the right to provide relevant order, delivery, communication, transaction, and account information to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to legitimate payment disputes.

Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising legitimate rights available through their payment provider or applicable law.

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Website design

  • Product presentation

  • Photography

  • Written content

  • Layouts

is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by FELIVO and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected FELIVO content without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

14. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit a product review, photograph, testimonial, comment, suggestion, or other content to FELIVO, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
